What personally identifiable information does Performance Technologies collect?

Performance Technologies may ask for certain information when you join our mailing list, request our survey results, or register for our online customer support service. What are cookies and how does Performance Technologies use them?

Performance Technologies uses cookies to store information about you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to your browser from a Web server and stored on your computer's hard drive so you can be identified by us if you return. This allows us to provide convenient, time saving features to our users, such as storing your contact information for future visits.

Each online form on our web site gives you an option to have your contact information saved upon entering or updating fields. What security precautions are in place to protect the loss, misuse, or alteration of my information?

The information that you provide to Performance Technologies may be used, stored and/or processed outside of the country from where you originally entered the information, as the Web server for this site may not be located in the same country in which you live. However, Performance Technologies takes steps to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy, regardless of where the information is processed.
