• Proactively assess regulatory developments reflecting the environmental concerns of the countries in which our products are sold by keeping current on developing standards and trends, incorporating emerging requirements in the design of our products and informing our customers.
• Prevent pollution by assessing the environmental impact of our operations and processes to make equipment selections and process changes that reduce or eliminate discharge to air and water.
• Reduce the energy consumption of our operations by employing conservation technologies and by reducing or eliminating energy-intensive processes.
• Reduce raw material consumption by employing recycling programs within our operations, redesigning product packaging to utilize recyclable materials, and providing product and packaging markings that facilitate the recovery and recycling of packaging materials and products once they reach the end of their useful life cycle.
• Comply with all applicable environmental, health and safety regulations in the regions in which we operate including permitting and reporting.
• All our employees are required to be aware of and follow this policy. The senior management will be responsible to assure that this policy is operational and implemented in accordance with its intent.
